Professional Experience

Operational taste with technical fluency.

The throughline is shaping how institutions think about growth, transformation, and the systems behind both.

Why I joined

After years of advising institutions on strategy, I wanted to be inside the machine — shaping how an entire asset class gets evaluated, not just recommending it from the outside. DBRS gave me the chance to build something new from a seat that actually matters.

What I learned

Consulting taught me that the hardest problems aren't analytical — they're organizational. The real skill is getting a room of senior stakeholders to align on a direction they didn't walk in expecting. I left because I wanted to own the outcome, not just the recommendation.

+ My thinking
Why this mattered

This was where I first understood that product is a relationship, not a feature list. Onboarding became my craft — turning a transactional process into something that built trust. It's the reason I think about experience design the way I do now.

+ My thinking
Where it started

My first real seat at the table. Building that Python tool wasn't asked for — I just couldn't accept the wasted time. That instinct, to see friction and build the fix, turned out to be the throughline in every role since.

Education

The classrooms and the city that shaped the thinking.

2022

NYU Stern

MBA — Strategy, Analytics, Management

VP of the Management Consulting Association. Where I learned to think about systems at the institutional level — and found the language for what I'd been doing intuitively.

2016

Fordham University

B.S. Finance — Alternative Investments

Jogues Scholar. Summer on Point72's Portfolio Finance team. Where finance stopped being abstract and started feeling like a craft worth taking seriously.

2012

Stuyvesant High School

The original New York education. Where you learn that rigor and resourcefulness are the same thing.

Harmony

A Relationship Operating System

Most teams are one missed email away from a broken relationship. Harmony is built to change that, capturing the full context of every account, synthesizing it into intelligence, and routing the right action to the right person at the right moment.

The Problem

Most teams fail because relationship context is fragmented across notes, emails, meetings, and memory. Important commitments slip through the gaps. Renewal risk appears too late to act on. Outreach loses relevance because the sender has forgotten what mattered most to the recipient last quarter. The problem is not effort. It's structural. There is no single place where relationship state lives.

Harmony captures interaction data, synthesizes account intelligence, and routes next-best actions into an approval-driven execution loop. It combines AI leverage with human control: recommendations are visible, editable, and trackable before they become action.

The goal is not “more AI output.” The goal is better decisions and reliable execution. A system that makes the right action obvious, then gets out of the way.

Continuity

Reduces relationship entropy by centralizing signals and preserving continuity across every touchpoint.

Clarity

Improves decision quality by surfacing hidden context from silos before it becomes invisible to the team.

Reliability

Increases execution reliability by converting implicit commitments into explicit, owned actions.

Authenticity

Protects voice and trust by helping teams communicate with the full context of what was said and what was meant.

The core architectural layer. A structured, continuously refreshed context layer that gives the model the right memory, constraints, and priorities for each client moment.

It aggregates multi-source signals, prioritizes salience, encodes relationship state, preserves voice constraints, and feeds downstream systems. This shifts AI from reactive assistant to stateful relationship intelligence. A system that knows not just what happened, but what it means for what comes next.
